Art Attack!

It's always fun planning shows each month and this one is no different.  Installations are tricky because  trying to transform what is in my head sometimes takes time to arrange in real life.
I usually hear....."you want to do what?"

In the gallery, we've created our installation of an architects office...urban, fun and entertaining if you look close.

We were able to visit one of our favorite offices in Salem...CBTwo Architects and Construction.  Gretchen Stone was a great help...giving us product samples to architectural drawings which made our "fake office" area REALLY look like a working office.

We borrowed the Bean desk from Pacific Furnishings Northwest (a fabulous Herman Miller design) as well as the chair.  (another Gretchen and CBTwo connection.)

Of course we needed to personalize our desk with little plastic break dancers lent to us by Chris Morris from CBTwo.

Our opening and reception for our March show will held at True Private Wealth Investors, located across the street from the gallery at 388 State Street, Suite 1000. On the tenth floor and quite impressive!
The reception is from 5-7pm.

This is unusual to have the reception not at the gallery but we are excited to try something different.
We wanted to show off what we can do outside the gallery and figured we needed a REAL LIVE office to do this properly.

We've attacked True Private Wealth with some amazing artwork and hope to see your smiling faces at this unique opening. We loved working with the guys at True Private Wealth Advisors and hope you enjoy their handsome space!

West Salem Wine Store will be featuring some of their select wines.

Here's a sneak peak....enjoy.
