There is no place like home....

but I do LOVE to travel. I LOVED Chicago and we just got back from a short whirlwind trip while absorbing all the amazing art;

Went out on a boat for an architectural tour of all the beautiful buildings...

Had some delicious dinners...

Fell in love with the BEAN!

Couldn't get enough of the Chicago Art Institute...

We hit the streets looking for more art and architecture...

visiting the Old Town Art Festival

taking fun photos for my next blurb book celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary...

We had to see Wriggly Field

Finding a few more 38's

We rented bikes for the day and rode all over the city

We stopped at the Flat Arts Building and saw the artists studios

and rode around looking at the beautiful buildings

Of course we had to visit the Sears Tower and experience the glass ledge.

And before leaving we had lunch at the Art Institute surrounded by gorgeous colors
